Thank you for your interest in registering for WFES programs, workshops and courses. Through partnerships with Alberta Education, local sponsors, business and class patrons such as yourself, we continue to offer accessible, quality education to Wheatland County Communities and surrounding areas.
We offer a variety of ways to register for courses. All courses are first come, first served and require full payment prior to the first day of class. It is important to register early to reserve your seat in any workshop..
Download our registration form and email, mail or fax the registration form along with payment to WFES.
Electronic Email Money Transfer (EMT) – This is our preferred method of payment due to processing speed and least administrative overhead. In your EMT description, please include your name and date on your registration form. In addition, please use the following challenge question and answer:
Question: What is the organization name?
Money Order / Cheques – Please make out cheques and money orders to WFES. Cheques must be post dated two weeks prior to the course date.
In person – You may visit our main office located in Strathmore prior to the start of the course date to pay for your classes in person.

Financial Assistance – If you are experiencing financial difficulties you may be eligible to apply for program assistance funding. Interested adults may apply by calling the WFES office at 403-934-5785.
Upon registration, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
I agree not to sue Wheatland Further Education and/or their agency, and release them for all claims for: damages or loss arising from any accident or injury which is caused by, or perceived to be caused by, or arising from the participation or attendance in any program or in any facility, or at any location where a program is being held.
Upon receipt of payment and a completed registration form, consider yourself registered. You will be notified only if a class is not running. Receipts are issued only upon request.
Personal information is collected for the sole purpose of operating our education program pursuant to section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. If you have any questions please call the WFES office.
Students take classes at their own risk and are responsible for their own accident insurance while participating in any WFES program.
No smoking during classes or on school property.
Classes start promptly, the doors will be locked after the class has started.
Instructors should not be asked for late registrations. Only WFES staff can approve this request.
