Meditation

Through Meditation one can learn to ground and centre your inner self. In this course you will learn and practice many types of Meditation by learning about the Angels, Chakras, and Intuition, in this changing world we live in now.

Location: Crowther Memorial Jr High School, 190 Brent Blvd (side entrance)
6 sessions: Mon, Oct 4th – Nov 15th (no class Oct 11th) 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Fee: $80.00
