Standard First Aid with CPR - Level C/AED

This comprehensive course meets Occupational Health and Safety curriculum requirements for Standard First Aid (First Aider I). With the 3-year certification in Standard First Aid, students will also receive Heart and Stroke Foundation certification in Adult, Child, Infant CPR, and Automated External Defibrillation (1 year certification). The CPR portion of this course can also be modified to include Health Care Provider C/AED certification for Physicians, Nurses, EMR, EMT, Paramedic, and Allied Health Care Providers, who are in need of the higher guideline standards required annually. For students wishing to certify in just CPR/AED, attendance is required for 1 day only. EMP Canada first aid courses provide students with quality training using Certified Instructors who have an active background in the Emergency Medical Services. Learn in a positive, low stress environment with an emphasis on current first aid practices and protocols. Scheduling could be based on demand (minimum 6 per class); however, groups (community service, business, fire departments, EFRT members, etc) may be accommodated based on individual schedules. We can provide training on-site with no additional charge within a 50 km radius.

2 classes: Sat and Sun, Nov 20 and Nov 21st from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
